THIRTEEN FRIGHTENED GIRLS/THE CANDY WEB (1963) Scene 2 MM/f talk

Entertaining William Castle flick, with unforgivable acting. While attending a school for diplomats' daughters, the young daughter of the American ambassador uses her access to various embassies to engage in espionage.

After an international incident involving the American and Chinese governments, Candy is unveiled as the master spy, and a Mexican standoff ensues, between agents from both nations (China- in a stroke of casting brilliance- being represented by THE MANCHURIAN CANDIDATE's Khigh Dhiegh).
Murray Hamilton calls for leniency in the name of it being embarassing to China to be outsmarted by a little girl. Khigh calls for harsh measures. Finally, a deal is struck: instead, only a harsh spanking will be delivered to Candy.

As the Americans back away, Khigh calmly drives the point home:

"The spanking- administer it with vigor."
"I definitely shall."

THIRTEEN FRIGHTENED GIRLS/THE CANDY WEB (1963) Scene 1 M/f threat

In this scene agent Wally (Murray Hamilton) uncovers that little Candy (Kathy Dunn) is the famous superspy “Kitten” – and he threatens to “turn you over and spank you ‘till my hand falls off”

THE FAMOUS FIVE - FIVE GET INTO TROUBLE (2) (1978) M/f physical threat

The Famous Five are distraught! Dick has been kidnapped—mistaken for somebody else! The gang finally track him down—to a lonely, abandoned house—but then they too are seized and held captive. How will the intrepid Five get themselves out of this mess?

POSLEDNI MOTYL/ THE LAST BUTTERFLY (1991) M/f taunting and chase

Stage mime Antoine Moreau (Tom Courtenay) is compelled by the Gestapo to put on a performance for the children of Terezin, a "model" concentration camp, to convince the Red Cross observers that the camp is truly what it seems. Reluctant at first, Moreau slowly learns the true nature of the camp, including the meaning of the "transports" on which people leave. With a world-class orchestra (made up of people interned in the camp) and a cast of children, Moreau stages a show to end all shows.

In this scene Moreau and a young girl walk down the street. He threatens her with a spanking, she bends over to taunt him, and then runs away.

This scene was reported to me by Cinndunc via Mark Shark. All credit goes to them.

THE FAMOUS FIVE - FIVE GO OFF TO CAMP (1) (1978) m/f talk (German only)

The Famous Five, escorted by a teacher from Dick and Julian’s’ school, Mr. Luffy, are going off on a camping holiday for the summer. Nearby the camp the Anne discovers an underground network of trains. But when the five go to investigate, the grumpy, old guard s warns them off, telling them tales of “spook-trains” running at night, before throwing a cinder at Dick! Of course, the Famous Five, curiosity piqued, want to find out about the secret of the “spook-trains”, so the boys, accompanied by Jock, a local farmer’s son, set off in the night to investigate.

Dick and Julian want to investigate the “spook trains” during the night. Julian forbids George to go along with theme. At night the boys see Georges shadow wandering around – she is clearly up to something. Then, in the excellent,German voice over (and there only), Oliver Mink, voicing Dick, says “Die braucht mal wieder ne Tracht Prügel”, meaning: “She needs a good spanking once again”.

DOTTIE GETS SPANKED (1993) F/f talk

Another dazzling suburban phantasm from writer-director Todd Haynes, Dottie Gets Spanked (made post-Poison and pre-Safe) is a stylized, bittersweet nod to his childhood fascination with I Love Lucy. Deep in the heart of pre-hippie 1960s America, young artistically-inclined Steven Gale is obsessed with Dottie Frank, wacky star of the eponymous hit sitcom The Dottie Show. While his mother gently encourages the boy's fixation, his father grows increasingly frustrated by his son's apparently "sissified" interests.

In the very first scene in “Dottie Gets Spanked” Stevie (Evan Bonifant) is sitting watching Dottie on TV while also drawing her picture.  The neighbour (Harriet Sansom Harris) come into the room.  She says, "Who's that, Stevie?" referring to Dottie.  She then contrasts quiet, introvert Stevie with her own noisy, hyperactive daughter, Sharon.  She then says, "I've never known a child get so many  spankings," and indicates that Sharon was spanked by her father the previous evening.  This sparks Stevie's interest in the subject.
In the following scene, Sharon (Ashley Chapman and Stevie are waiting for the school bus.  As Sharon climbs aboard Stevie's gaze focuses on her bottom demonstrating his new obsession.
These early spanking reference scenes are also significant in the later famous dream sequence.  During it we again see Sharon at the bus stop with a voice over reiteration of "I've never seen a child get so many spankings, and "Who's that, Stevie?" this time referring to Sharon who is bent over.  This clearly indicates that it is Sharon (Ashley Chapman) who is on the receiving end of the bare bottom spanking.  (referring to http://villafiorita.blogspot.com/2010/07/dottie-gets-spanked-1993-mf-otk-s-p-and.html)

Thus describes Semma4 the threat, that I formerly overlooked, and stresses its significance.

Jack Deth is a kind of cop/bounty hunter in the bleak Los Angeles of the future. Whistler has managed to escape through time travel and is loose in 1980s L.A. but Deth is on his trail.

In this scene Deth’s boss uses the body of a little girl to deliver a message. Whe she acts to stubborn, Detha threatens to give her a good spanking.

MELODY (1971) F/f threat

Two youngsters declare to their parents that they want to get married. Not sometime in the future but as soon as possible. The story is told from the children's point of view.

The threat in question comes when Melody , under the influence of the boys, misbehaves at home & her mother tells her: If your dad was here you'd get a good hiding."  One feels that even if Dad was not at the pub this would have been unlikely to happen  writes Semma4 who pointed this threat out to me. All credit goes to him.

CASE NUMBER XY…UNSOLVED, 3.3.1995 M/f threat

"Case number XY … Unsolved”  is an interactive German television programme first broadcast on 20 October 1967 and running ever since. It aims to combat and solve crimes. The programme was adapted by the BBC as Crimewatch and for the US market as America's Most Wanted.

The goal of the programme is to throw light on unsolved offences with the aid of viewers. Each episode contains three to five short films, each lasting about ten minutes, in which a real criminal case is reconstructed. Viewers can use the telephone or Internet to give information.

In this clip we see the reconstruction of an infamous case in which a criminal abducted and abused a young girl, but she survived and, since of bright mind, could describe details about him and the house (the info was used for the reconstruction) and led to his arrest in Iate 1995. Within the scene the perpetrator warns the girl not to scream “oder ich versohl dir den Arsch” (“or I’ll spank your arse!”)

IN DARKNESS 2011 M/f, threat

The Oscar nominated IN DARKNESS tells the true story of Leopold Socha who risks his own life to save a dozen people from certain death. Initially only interested in his own good, the thief and burglar hides Jewish refugees for 14 months in the sewers of the Nazi-occupied town of Lvov

One night a drunken NS friend comes late at night with his also drunken buddy, to have a drink with his good friend Socha. Socha looks around to get some food for his guests. His little daughter Stefcia almost destroys everything when she says: "Leave it, Papa, that's for the Jews." The friend, Bortnik immediately comes over to ask Stefcia about the Jews. The quick-thinking little girl quickly grabs two little dolls and tells Bortnik that these are her Jews. He laughs about it. Socha is still a little shaken from the confrontation and from almost giving the secret away.

After the two men leave, Socha is going to spank Stefcia, but Wanda absolutely will not permit this. She says don't blame Stefcia for this because Socha was the one who brought this upon Stefica and her. Socha says she must learn! Wanda retorts: "And when will you learn? Wasn't it enough they hanged Szczepek?"

THE COSBY SHOW 1984 Outtake F/f, otk, pyjama, h, w

“The Cosby Show” was an American television sitcom starring Bill Cosby and Phylicia Rashad, which aired for eight seasons on NBC from September 20, 1984 until April 30, 1992. The show focuses on the Huxtable family, an upper middle-class African-American family living in Brooklyn, New York.

According to TV Guide, the show "was TV's biggest hit in the 1980s, and almost single-handedly revived the sitcom genre and NBC's ratings fortunes". The Cosby Show helped to make possible a larger variety of shows with a predominantly African-American cast.

Nowadays its reputation is somewhat posthumously tattered, because of the sexual assault allegations against Bill Cosby.

Nevertheless, in this Outtake from Season One, a very young Keshia Knight Pulliam as Rudy Huxtable throws a scene with an unexpected remark, and in fun Phylicia Rashad who plays her mother takes her across her knee – but we see only a short glimpse of that. Which is why I slowed down the ending.

Vietnam War vet Costner must deal with a war of a different sort between his son and their friends, and a rival group of children. He also must deal with his own personal and employment problems that have resulted from his Vietnam experiences. In this scene Costners Film daughter in class witnesses how her black friend, Evaldine, gets harassed by her teacher and the responds by telling her off right good. In her monologue the thirteen year old girl mentions that she was once paid by her uncle, for allowing him to spank her naked ass.

[Elvadine was falsely accused of interrupting the teacher]
Elvadine: Alright, I'll tell you. I was sayin' "Elvadine, what's YOU gots to write about? Been in the sixth grade your whole good-for-nuthin' life. Ain't GOT no daddy. And I'm gonna write, how maybe the new man my momma been seein' might stop drinkin', and treat me nice, and maybe he's gonna adopt me, and take us off th e welfare. And at the end, I'm gonna be sure put:
[sarcastically]
Elvadine: 'Life Sure is a bowl full of Cherries.'
[back to normal]
Elvadine: But to tell you the truth, Miss Strapford, I think you, and that book, and this whole class, be a bowl full of shit!

SMALL WONDER (1985 - 1989) M/f threats

Several spanking related scenes from the 1980ies sitcom.
The story lines revolve around V.I.C.I. (an acronym for Voice Input Child Identicant, pronounced "Vicki"), an android in the form of a 10-year-old girl. V.I.C.I. was built by Ted Lawson, an engineer/inventor for United Robotronics, in an effort to assist handicapped children. The robot is taken home by Lawson so that it can mature within a family environment.

Season 1, Episode 13: RoboBrat  (1985)

While Jamie’s taking out the trash, he asks Vicki to put everything in the sink.  This time it was innocent enough.  He just wanted Vicki to help out.  A little later, Neighbour girl Harriet comes over.  Even though the door is wide open, she does knock first, so she has some manners.  Harriet says that Vicki does the dishes like her mother, and then asks her to come play. Meanwhile, Ted and Joan notice how Vicki’s done the dishes again, and Ted’s like, “I’d spank her, but I don’t want to break my hand.”

Season 1, Episode 19: The Birds, the Bees, and Robots  (1986)

Ted reveals he wants to move because Brandon is an insufferable boss.  Then he randomly licks from a pot, and it turns out Joan is dying clothes in there.  He deserves that.  Joan asks Ted why he doesn’t find a way to stand up to Brandon, and Vicki pretty much calls Ted a dumbass.  Then Ted sends Vicki to her cabinet and she seriously says, “Go to my cabinet, go to my cabinet, that’s what you always say when you can’t think of something better.”  Holy shit, my smartass Vicki is back!  I missed her, y’all.  Once Vicki’s out of the room, Ted thinks it’s time to spank Vicki.  Good luck not breaking your hand.
