THE GIRL 1996 F/f, lying on bed, underpants, martinet, partially witnessed

Based on the Catherine Cookson novel of the same name. In mid-19th century Yorkshire, Hannah Boyle is left with the family of Matthew Thornton, the man her dying mother claims fathered her. Ill-treated by Thornton's bitter and vindictive wife Anne, who views Hannah only as evidence of her husband's infidelity, she is married off to the village butcher, whose waspish mother torments her further. But through her patience, intelligence and strength, she wins her freedom and the man she loves.

In this scene Hana , which is treated like a servant receives a hard thrashing byAnne, the mother of the house. The kids of the family seem to have redded her in.

SUGAR AND SPICE (1988) - Episode 6 Threat of hairbrushing.

Sugar and Spice was an Australian children's television series that was broadcast on ABC TV between 1988 and 1989. It was produced as one of the series with which the network celebrated the 200th anniversary of Australia.

Starring Radha Mitchell as Pixie Robinson and Michelle Kearley as Molly Wilson, the series was set in the 1920s and revolved around two eleven-year-old girls from the Australian bush, who were sent to live with Pixie's grandmother to attend the same private high-school in the city.

In this episode the girls try to solve the mystery of a supposedly haunted house, only to find out that the boys gang of Pixies younger brother played a prank on them, disguised as ghosts. As a revenge the girls play ghosts in order to play a prank on the boys, but get caught by their grandmother, who thinks that it were the girls who terrorized the old woman living in the haunted house. So she threats them with a solid hairbrushing. Unfortunately Pixie can talk their way out of it....

This movie seems to have a "Battle Of The Villa Fiorita" - like storyline, about a young working mother, her spoiled daughter, and the man the mother falls in love with, but who is not accepted by the little daughter.

In the scene in question, which is the second spanking scene in the movie, the little girl is spanked by her stepdad , who locked himself in with her, with a feather - duster, while her mother (who he spanked her earloer in the movie - see here:  http://villafiorita.blogspot.de/2010/07/unknown-chinese-movie-ff-bendover-otk-w.html  ) tries to get in.

From the hammer horror classic and the last film of Oscar winner Joan Fontaine, based on the novel of the same name.  In this "Rosemaries Baby" predecessor Fontaine played the role of a schoolteacher in a rural village. 

In the scene in question a dead body is found and dragged into the village. And one nosy girl in the crowd gets a resounding slap on her buttocks by her mother.

Si Pan Din is based upon the famous moving drama work by M R Kukrit Pramoj, one of the most famous Thai writers (one of great Thai writer in my mind). 

The tale in lakorn " Si Pan Din" traces the life of Phloi,who started life as a lady in waiting at the inner court of the Grand Palace. In her lifetime, Phloi saw economic and social changes, coups, political turmoil, abdication and tragedy, covering the reigns of four Chakri Kings in the Bangkok era.

In this scene  a fight between two girls takes place, that is interrupted by the adults. Only one of the girls gets caned on her bottom while the other one is watching.

NEFNUKEJ, VEVERKO! / DON'T CRY, SQUIRREL (1988) F/f one-smacker

The main character of the story which is a sensitive probe into a little girl's soul is 5-year-old Kačka Znamínková who lives in a picturesque submontane village with her parents. And since her imagination is very vivid, she can become not only the princess with a gold star on her forehead ( a reference to a well-known Czech fairy tale), but also the princess on the pea or even a crocodile hunter. She's awaiting a new sibling who should be born any day, but she would only like that if it was a girl -- she doesn't want a brother. In the end, though, her mother gives birth to twin boys, Petr and Pavel. And Kačka really hates that. Instead of helping her mom, she pouts and is naughty. And since everyone is now focused on the babies, she feels neglected and she convinces herself that she is actually not her parents' child, which leads to more conflicts and trouble.

Akkordeon player Pepik and flower shop assistant Emmie are the main characters in this touching story about the solidarity between working class people in a czech suburb. The film was an entry in a film competition with the given topic "victory". It was the feature film debut of the then film student Ladislav Brom, a former dancer and opera singer, who had appeared in several films.

In the scene in question a little girl floods the bathroom in is caught in the act. An older woman, probably a housekeeper, grabs her, in front of witnesses, lifts her skirt and delivers some stinging smacks to the girl bottom.

This version was staged by the very renowned Comedie Francaise, and also features a little girl, still playing with her doll, in the role of Louison, as the script requires. Neverheless the part is often played by an adult actress who is simply younger then her sister.

LE MALADE IMAGINAIRE / THE IMAGINARY INVALID (1990) M/f, kneeling, martinet

The Imaginary Invalid (French: Le malade imaginaire) is a 1673 three-act comédie-ballet by the French playwright (and actor) Molière with dance sequences and musical interludes by Marc-Antoine Charpentier. It was originally choreographed by Pierre Beauchamp. Le malade imaginaire would turn out to be his last work. Ironically he collapsed during his fourth performance as Argan on 17 February and died soon after.

In this wildly funny farce, about the hypochondriac  Argan, there is a scene near the end of the second act, when Argan questions his younger daughter Louison, who works as sort of a family spy for him, knowing that she betrayed and lied to him. When she goes on lying he chastises her with a martinet, but she stops the spanking by faking - extremely unconvincingly, her death.

This version is one of the few french ones, where Louison is actually played by a young girl.

Interesting enough is, that there is scene were the spared one tries to caress her friend/sister and while doing this she inspects the damage on the other ones backside - which reminds of a similar scene in "the battle of the villa fiorita"

Only that two women try to set a little girl under pressure to tell something, that she rufeses to tel to, , which includes slapping her face and her seat, and actually pushing her into the river in anger.

In this unknown production, it seems that the girls mother has divorced her father and lives with another man. 

The very scene depicts a situation when the girls father comes, to take her for the weekend. But after an argument in the house, the girl runs off into the street uncontrollably, almost causing an accident with her dads car. The father gets out, grabs her, ad delivers some very sound spanks to his daughters backside, while the stepfather tries to intervene, which makes the situation worse, because he gets a punch, and the little girl receives more whacks with a branch.

This is one of the few cases where two different sorts of chastisement are used in one scene.

In this remarkeable scene from an yet unidentified asian movie (probably chinese or taiwanese)  we meet a naughty little girl who gets into serious trouble when she is scarying off a herd of sheep. Her mother takes her across here lap, open air, pulls down her pants and vigorously spanks her daughters bare bottom.

This may be the first on screen bare bottom spanking scene involving a little girl that is shown in full view, and only the third such scene at all, following "Dottie Gets Spanked" and "14 and under", which can both be found on this blog.

In this episode young Kate finds a new friend: An ancient egypt princess.
The princess, whom only Kat can see, in a fight calls up some Pharaonic magic  which tosses a switch wielding girl to the ground so violently that the elbow on her switching arm is dislocated. Kat gets blamed, of course, and explains that her invisible, magic new friend did it, not her.

Rachel orders Kat to write apology notes, both to the girl with the injured switching arm elbow, and to the principal of the school. Kat reluctantly agrees, and Rachel says, "Better attitude... let's go" and sends Kat off with an onscreen and audible smack on the seat of Kat's school uniform.

POLTERGEIST - THE LEGACY TV - SERIES (1996) PILOT threat

In the pilot episode (1996) of the television series, "Poltergeist: The Legacy," among the major characters introduced are Dr. Rachel Corrigan, played by Helen Shave...and her seven year old daughter, Kat, played by Alexandra Purvis: For whatever reason, the writers lost very little time in letting viewers know that Dr. Corrigan, despite being a mental health professional, nevertheless believes in spankings as discipline for her daughter.

Early in the first episode, mother and daughter are in a graveyard in Ireland visiting the graves of Father and Son who both died in a car accident. While Mom Rachel is preoccupied, Daughter Kat believes she hears her brother's voice calling to her. Urgently heeding what she thinks is her dead brother's call, little Kat runs off without her mother's permission and heads straight into the curio shop.

When Rachel realizes Kat has vanished she frantically runs down the street calling Kat's name and discovers her daughter kneeling on the floor in front of the ancient locked box which has so fascinated and called to her. Rachel, nearly hysterical with worry, scolds Kat, and sounds just "this far" from promising her a spanking. But Kat keeps talking in a sweet sad voice about her dead brother and about how the box reminds her of him, and one observes the critical moment pass as Rachel's urge to spank dissipates.

Rachel gives Kat a huge hug and holds her there while they exhange a couple more of lines. Rachel squeezes Kat harder and says, "I should put you right over my knee right now!" and although it is below camera view, one can hear a sharp little swat on Kat's bottom for emphasis.

From the famous russian - ukrainian comedy show, that ran from 1992 - 2006 on a network called RTR using a humour style that was based on silent movie slapstick. It was a satire on everyday life in Russia and was performed by a comedy group called "masks group". The show was created by  George Deliev.

In this episode the two children of the family created some havoc around the house, which is why the grandfather bends them both over , bottoms toward the camera, and spanks their behinds - in the grotesque manner for which this show is famous.

Flashbacks in the early part of this fact-based film set in McKinney, Texas, establishes that three sisters were mistreated by an abusive step-mother. 37 years later, the two remaining sisters still are haunted by the treatment they received and begin to be haunted by the supposed accidental death of the third at the step-mother's hands. With the help of a detective, a District Attorney, and through hypnosis, the two sisters piece together the step-mother's crime and have charges brought against her.

This TV Picture from 1996, directed by Jerry London („Shogun“) has been repeatedly reported to contain a girl spanking scene.

We see several whacks to Debras bottom in some backflash flashlights (black and white). The recipient is Madelyn Sweetins bottom, which is protected by her hands. Please notice  a young Alexa Vega of later "Spy Kids" fame as young Kay.

„J.J.  De Bom, friend of the cildren“ was a former  Dutch children's program that aired from April 3, 1979 to May 28th 1981. There are a total of 32 episodes made​​. These episodes are still regularly repeated.

The program was intended to be an outlet for children with questions and problems. In the program, problems of children were treated through skits and songs. The actors played all characters except the permanent guest roles. In every episode the program was interrupted by an expert, explaining the subject with practical examples.

In the title credits sequence there are images of bad things that are naturally connected with childhood.

At  00.30 sec.  there is one picture, that shows a girl getting spanked over the knee of an adult.
