CELIA - CHILD OF TERROR (1989) F/f, t, w, one-smacker

An imaginative and somewhat disturbed young girl fantasizes about evil creatures and other oddities to mask her insecurities while growing up in rural Australia.

In this first scene, a fight between children has escalated and therefore the police has been called. The polimen sends all kids away except two boys, whose parents are known as communists. Celia also stays to defend them. All three are being taken to the police station, where the boys get spanked (enterily offscreen) for no apparent reason, since they did not start the fight that escalated; when thei boys mother, Alice, a friend of celias family arrives there,, Celia embraces her but gets a very firm – single – smack herself.
