Questionable 1970ies mainstream softcore picture, with incredible lack of taste. Contains a second more brutal scene with a belting.

Great, but like so many of these scenes, they are teases because u don't get to see the spankee's behind thrashed, which is what makes it so fun to watch.
The story is about child abuse, but the film is one of the very bad and ugly german soft-porns in the 70s (like the "Schulmädchenreport" movies), so Birgits mom (as a slut) tolerates the (corporal and sexual) abuse of her daughter to keep her lover happy. The reason for the spanking is the masturbaton, as her daughter is spanked, the mother in her open bath rope says: "She will become a slut later." I never understood, why this film wasn't censored by the usually strict german youth protection commission.
