It's the year 2484 and the Earth is threatened by a rogue comet which could fatally change its orbit. The solution is surprising - Adam Bernau, the greatest genius of 20th century developed 500 years ago an ingenious formula for easy transporting of continents and even worlds. Unfortunately, he made this discovery at the age of 11 and the exercise book containing it was destroyed in the fire. But this is not a challenge to Academic Filip who decides to send an expedition back in time to retrieve the precious exercise book from the fire. But everything is not so simple as it seems...

In this scene we see young Adam at late evening at the fair ground with his girlfriend, when she explains that she has to go home now, for her piano lessons are over since an hour and her father is going to spank her, if she is too late.

St. Louis 1903. The well-off Smith family has four beautiful daughters, including Esther and little Tootie. 17-year old Esther has fallen in love with the boy next door who has just moved in, John. He however, barely notices her at first. The family is shocked when Mr. Smith reveals that he has been transfered to a nice position in New York, which means that the family has to leave St. Louis and the St. Louis Fair

As in the motion picture from 14 years earlier  there are two spanking related scenes in that film.

Sharon telephones Susan in Boston with news that their father is planning to marry a gold digger, and their mother needs to be rushed to California to stop the wedding. In Boston, Susan reveals to her mother the truth about the switched identities and the two fly to California.

To delay Maggie's return to Boston with Sharon, the twins dress and talk alike so their parents are unable to tell them apart. They will reveal who is who only after returning from the annual family camping trip.

Its then, when her mother gets irate and gives one of the identical twins a solid spank on her behind.

On A Forum regarding our topic, I Found this very intriguing description of an yet unknown television episode. It was given by a contributor named Dustin Turnmyre:

"Well, for instance, I remember an episode starring (I think) Vincent Price
in which he has a daughter who is auditioning for a part for a movie or
perhaps a theatrical production.  The scene opens in an agent's office.

Price demonstrates her talent by telling her a joke at which time she 
begins crying.  He then spanks her and she breaks out in gales of
laughter.  He brags to the agent at her ability to control her performance
under any circumstance.

After audtioning, they are outside in a street which is obviously in
a backlot.  The father is struck by an out-of-control speeding vehicle.
Dying, and from his POV, he sees the daughter looking down at him.
As his eyes dim, the last thing he sees before death overtakes him
is his daughter laughing uncontrollably.

As yet, no one I know has any knowledge of this episode and I can
find no reference to it.  It may have been on a show like Alcoa Presents???"

I have to add that this description nowhere mentions the AGE of the spankee, just leads you to believe its a child. Therefore it might turn out as an intersting clip, just not fitting for villafiorita.

SUGAR AND SPICE (1988) - Episode 6 Threat of hairbrushing.

Sugar and Spice was an Australian children's television series that was broadcast on ABC TV between 1988 and 1989. It was produced as one of the series with which the network celebrated the 200th anniversary of Australia.

Starring Radha Mitchell as Pixie Robinson and Michelle Kearley as Molly Wilson, the series was set in the 1920s and revolved around two eleven-year-old girls from the Australian bush, who were sent to live with Pixie's grandmother to attend the same private high-school in the city.

In this episode the girls try to solve the mystery of a supposedly haunted house, only to find out that the boys gang of Pixies younger brother played a prank on them, disguised as ghosts. As a revenge the girls play ghosts in order to play a prank on the boys, but get caught by their grandmother, who thinks that it were the girls who terrorized the old woman living in the haunted house. So she threats them with a solid hairbrushing. Unfortunately Pixie can talk their way out of it....

Akkordeon player Pepik and flower shop assistant Emmie are the main characters in this touching story about the solidarity between working class people in a czech suburb. The film was an entry in a film competition with the given topic "victory". It was the feature film debut of the then film student Ladislav Brom, a former dancer and opera singer, who had appeared in several films.

In the scene in question a little girl floods the bathroom in is caught in the act. An older woman, probably a housekeeper, grabs her, in front of witnesses, lifts her skirt and delivers some stinging smacks to the girl bottom.

LE MALADE IMAGINAIRE / THE IMAGINARY INVALID (1990) M/f, kneeling, martinet

The Imaginary Invalid (French: Le malade imaginaire) is a 1673 three-act comédie-ballet by the French playwright (and actor) Molière with dance sequences and musical interludes by Marc-Antoine Charpentier. It was originally choreographed by Pierre Beauchamp. Le malade imaginaire would turn out to be his last work. Ironically he collapsed during his fourth performance as Argan on 17 February and died soon after.

In this wildly funny farce, about the hypochondriac  Argan, there is a scene near the end of the second act, when Argan questions his younger daughter Louison, who works as sort of a family spy for him, knowing that she betrayed and lied to him. When she goes on lying he chastises her with a martinet, but she stops the spanking by faking - extremely unconvincingly, her death.

This version is one of the few french ones, where Louison is actually played by a young girl.

POLTERGEIST - THE LEGACY TV - SERIES (1996) PILOT threat

In the pilot episode (1996) of the television series, "Poltergeist: The Legacy," among the major characters introduced are Dr. Rachel Corrigan, played by Helen Shave...and her seven year old daughter, Kat, played by Alexandra Purvis: For whatever reason, the writers lost very little time in letting viewers know that Dr. Corrigan, despite being a mental health professional, nevertheless believes in spankings as discipline for her daughter.

Early in the first episode, mother and daughter are in a graveyard in Ireland visiting the graves of Father and Son who both died in a car accident. While Mom Rachel is preoccupied, Daughter Kat believes she hears her brother's voice calling to her. Urgently heeding what she thinks is her dead brother's call, little Kat runs off without her mother's permission and heads straight into the curio shop.

When Rachel realizes Kat has vanished she frantically runs down the street calling Kat's name and discovers her daughter kneeling on the floor in front of the ancient locked box which has so fascinated and called to her. Rachel, nearly hysterical with worry, scolds Kat, and sounds just "this far" from promising her a spanking. But Kat keeps talking in a sweet sad voice about her dead brother and about how the box reminds her of him, and one observes the critical moment pass as Rachel's urge to spank dissipates.

Rachel gives Kat a huge hug and holds her there while they exhange a couple more of lines. Rachel squeezes Kat harder and says, "I should put you right over my knee right now!" and although it is below camera view, one can hear a sharp little swat on Kat's bottom for emphasis.

From the famous russian - ukrainian comedy show, that ran from 1992 - 2006 on a network called RTR using a humour style that was based on silent movie slapstick. It was a satire on everyday life in Russia and was performed by a comedy group called "masks group". The show was created by  George Deliev.

In the title credits sequence there are images of bad things that are naturally connected with childhood.

At  00.30 sec.  there is one picture, that shows a girl getting spanked over the knee of an adult.

I kind of missed the birthday of the blog last july, but I want to honour it now. Two years and going - that makes it possibly the longest lasting blog reagarding this topic. I want to honour it NOT ONLY by posting this interesting hand coloured picture from "The Bad Seed (1956)" that I found on the internet, but also by honouring the source of its name.

This obviously dull TV - romance from the late 1980ies is reported to contain a spanking scene too, centering around the male lead and the precocious 11-year old daughter of the female protagonist. According to Avram Oates the spanking scene occurs near the end of the film. Raul Julia picks up and hugs Jenny Lewis while giving her 3 swats.
