In this remarkeable scene from an yet unidentified asian movie (probably chinese or taiwanese) we meet a naughty little girl who gets into
serious trouble when she is scarying off a herd of sheep. Her mother takes her
across here lap, open air, pulls down her pants and vigorously spanks her daughters bare

This may be
