Ulaan palito is a 2014 Mongolian drama film. Directed by Chinzorig, produced by Shuuderetsetseg
 
Due to language barrier issues nothing is known about the content of the movie. But from the context it seems, that the little girl had been running away to her next neighbours and finally found by her mother, who smacks her.
