From the british mini - series:

A poignant and forceful saga which traces the fortunes of two English children uprooted from their beloved Liverpool dockside to the alien environment of Australia in the years following World War Two.


In this first scene group of schoolgirls is caught fooling around by a female teacher. The teacher gives whacks to those she can reach then grabs the youngest girl and spanks her heavily.
